Racine windows system32 hal.dll xp


















I cannot boot due to the "racine windows system32 hal. I tried to repair by running a Windows XP Home software not the one Dell provided as the Dell cd only proposes diagnostics but prevents me to just boot to repair the system but I'm blocked too as I don't have the laptop admin password. Meanwhile, I sent a mail to Dell Support to provide with my laptop admin password, hoping they won't deny me because my order was 4 years old. Do you have solutions to repair without losing my hard-drive data?
